1. Return Conditions

  • Returns accepted within 14 / 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in resalable condition.

  • Exclusions: [customized products, intimate apparel, food, etc.].

2. Refund Process

  1. Contact us (email/live chat) with order ID and reason.

  2. Ship item(s) to: [Your return address].

  3. We inspect and process your refund within 5 business days after receiving the return.

3. Refund Method

  • Credit back to original payment method (3–10 business days).

  • Gift card purchases will be refunded as store credit.

4. Shipping Cost for Returns

  • Defective products: we pay return shipping.

  • Other reasons: customer pays return shipping (original shipping fee is non‑refundable).
