Returns & Refund Policy
If you simply change your mind and no longer need the goods, a return is required before any refund will be processed. All returned items must be kept in original condition, unassembled and undamaged.
The buyer shall bear all shipping costs for returning the goods. We will issue the refund only after we receive and inspect the returned items.
For quality issues caused by manufacturing defects, we provide free replacement parts or after-sales service. Return shipping will be negotiated separately.
